Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required for all new clients prior to booking and will be applied toward your service total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask that you do so as soon as you know you won’t be able to make it, out of respect for my schedule and other clients. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. You are still welcome to rebook, but a new deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.
